THREE REASONS WITH EXPLANATION
1. I want to be the leader of S.A.H.P to show my skills and experience that i have been gaining from the day of joining as a LEO with the knowledge of all NG, LSPD, SAHP . I know how all these legal orgs work and how they do there job as showing my skills as a high command to in LSPD a long time ago i know how the training programs work too with this all creating a new era of SAHP i will try my best to take this Leadership.
2. I will change the SAHP ranking system and training system in my new era and change it as follows in the training period they will be learning 1. Basics Of SAHP like giving fines selling insurances license plates and other things 2. Teaching them how to handle a situation when global or local is there and how to respectfully talk to the people around you when on duty. 3. Teaching them all the legal codes used, Then the final part a test giving them a situation to solve and judge their answers and give them rank according to it.
3. Re-creating the working system by dividing the people in 3 Divisions (1. They all with work at the SAHP HQ selling license plate and insurances (these will be joining ranks) 2. these will be the people patrolling the highways and catching the people over speeding and fine them (these will me Mid ranks)3. These people will be the SWAT kinds they will mainly respond to Global/Local and other criminal activities (The top ranks/Hc))
YOUR ADVICE IN IMPROVING RP IN ORGANISATION
1. I will take extra care of the fact that my units know all the RP rules clear and well and Bodycam will be a must do thing under my term without bodycam they will get warning.
2. I will make a set of 10 questions with RP RULES for the entrance before they get training.
