In the suspects POV we can see him break multiple rules.
A) Metagaming (You can hear voices from outside the game most likely discord)
B) VDM (You can see him ram us possibly on purpose)
C) Fail RP or Fear RP (Driving off despite having a gun to his head)
And also possibly provoking.
He also just deleted the POV from youtube luckily i have downloaded his POV and i will be re-posting it. I just replaced the POV.

your pov says it all. you have discord open and talking to people which is meta gaming. you rammed us which is vdm. and them drove off despite having a gun to your head which is fail rp/fear rp.
