Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 2434 will receive a punishment for Power Gaming and Rules for State 5.2
ID 3999 will receive punishment for Rules for State 5.2
ID 5644 will not receive punishment since it was a game crash and not combat log
