hello I feel violated this evening from FIB. I was simply obtaining money from my bank and these three FIB officers came and would not let me leave without a "GENERAL "SEARCH" they said they are conducting a "GENERAL SEARCH ON THE WHOLE CITY" which is clearly against rule 5.2.
I was also extremely confused because they are not wearing organization masks, they are wearing personal masks, so I didnt even know if they are real police.

The officer even says at 0:44 that if I don't give him my passport I will be arrested.
This is an illegal stop and frisk against rule 5.2!

5.2 LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason.

1.10 All state organisation must not wear a mask on duty. (Exceptions are special forces of following organisations: FIB / LSPD / SAHP / USSS / NG - which are allowed to use on duty ONLY masks available in Warehouse of their organisation).

Provide bodycam of the atm robbery and saying we suspect someone in this location committed a crime can we please see your passport to confirm that's it not you that the point of roleplay but fib do not know how to roleplay

They will obv not tell you the reason right away, and they even tried to RP it out, they just didnt wanted you to know that its an ATM Robbery, because irl if theres an atm robbery, and police pulls ups and tells you that whats onn, then it will become a total chaos

Gonna give my pov but there was a ATM Robbery going on and no one was there expect you so we asked passport to you and you refused to show so we have totally rights to arrest you for failure to comply but i didn't and i asked to search you nicely if you say no i would not search you and i didn't search you also, we will not go to a ATM robber or a suspect directly and tell him that you are robbing ATM show me passport you have 5 seconds and all we talk to you nicely created rp scenario that we are asking passport to the people around city and i dont think anything went wrong here from our side the wrong thing happen here is from your side you haven't show us passport and started arguing and we never pointed guns on you it was stun gun which is not lethal its all IC idk what you think before going OOC on it have a nice day to you and good luck

You make no sense about the Rules of State 5.2 and about 1.10 yes you can't wear anything except Balaclava but again it applies to store robberies and scripted events where you have to be on duty. Here they're undercover.

Keep ur general inspections and searches elsewhere your hold stun but your 2 friends officers are holding lethal weapons and show your bodycam pls of you going to a robbery

After reviewing the bodycam of the agents, it was clear that there was an atm robbery at that location and the agents were trying to check people in the radius for suspects of the robbery, and the agents are Undercover.
