Rejected someone robbed me and im new at the game and didnt know how to act so i got a stalling warning

hello guys i hope u have a great day
so recently i got a warning and the reason is stalling
because people were robbing me
and ordered me to drop things
but im a new player at the game
and its my first time that i get robbed so i dont know the rules
and i was trying to comply but there is somethings that they were ordering from me and i was not sure how to do it and i didnt know so i got a stalling warning so if possible to remove that warning
and i will try to know the rules and how to do things next time so
i hope you remove the warning from me i love this game and want to have the full joy of it and be able to join organisation again
so i will appreciate it very much if u remove the warning of me
