2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have a lot of experience with gangs in the state and was a high command for The Marabunta Grande under the leadership of former leader Luna Morningstar . I try my best to learn from my mistakes and make sure to never repeat that kind of things ever again in the server or any other server.. I have received a lot of great reviews while the time i was a high command and and truly wish to be someone who builds a bond with the members of my organization and make the best out of my time as the leader if i ever got the chance to do so in the first ever gang i became a high command in.. the main reasons are i would never be spreading toxicity and will not approve and support toxicity being spread by my people and will take action no matter how close they are to me.. I want to make Marabunta the best gang in the state and have a lot of ideas and things planned for it and will make sure to not use the leadership to my advantage and misuse my powers.. I want to be specifically the leader of Marabunta as i love the gang and i feel at home when i am at the marabunta hq and no other gang feels the same.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
1) First thing is that i will make sure that only the right people are getting in the gang and no rule breaks will be permitted and strict action will be taken.
2) The high commands in my gang will get a personal training from me and i will make sure they know about all the necessary rules while doing a store robbery, getto robbery ect.
3) The one thing i noticed in gangs was people who deserves rank ups are not receiving rank ups and i will daily check the event proof and people who participate in events will get rank ups and bonuses from me personally..
4) I will make the best turf team for 100% turf and they will be selected seperately
5) I will make sure that there are players from all the timezones so that our gang will never be inactive
