You uncuffed him and told him to run while I still had the hostage in my hands that is your own fault.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Reject this report,​

• Regarding the PG, We cannot confirm who placed ID 78301 in cuff, and ID 40851 will not be punished for it since he just uncuffed the person.​
• Regarding Fear-RP(Not valuing hostage life), The Hostage was already secured, and there was no threat to the hostage. Therefore all Leos had the right to shoot.​

However,

• ID 92809 will receive punishment for Meta-gaming.
  • Meta-gaming: Using the right side information in the RP radio.
• ID 78301 will receive punishment for Event Rule 1.7
  
  • Event Rule 1.7: All participants of all events under all spheres must record POV and hold it within 48 hours | 30 days ban
    
    • The Event took place on 07-01-2023 from 15:38 to 15:56 and POV was requested on 09-01-2023 at 12:38, therefore the whole 48 hours was not completed.

If you look at my pov again at 18:00 you can see once he unruffled he aims his gun which could prove that it wasn't a glitch actually as if it was he would still have to put the gun away sorry for any off topic have a great day and hope you take this into consideration

There is NO fault of ID 40851, I dont know how its PG, if you uncuff a person with no guns in your hand
Poke asked POV from ID 78301 because he is the one who got cuffed and uncuffed, basically he is the person who was common in the situation.

Its not ID 40851's fault that he uncuffed the person who had gun in his hand, and also note that I KNOW thats its not a glitch, But I wont be warning FIB based on "assumption" that some random single fib agent cuffed a guy WITHOUT any proof

And regarding the risk to hostage "life", from the POV its visible no harm was done to hostage

Also adding to above, the cuffed person cant unequip/unholster the gun, so what did you expect from ID 40851? Just keep the guys in cuffs whole day?​
