Approved CR & Kill in GZ & OOC insults | 38378 38521

Hi Admins,

First of all, I would like to thank you for all the work and dedication you have given to all citizens.

As you can see in the video the citizen 38378 did CR and the citizen 38521 killed me in a green zone and insulted my mother (OOC insults) in my native language. He said "vai para a puta que te pariu" means in english "go to the whore that gave birth to you".

You can ask an admin who knows how to speak Portuguese to verify that it is an insulting OOC.

ID 38378 will receive a punishment for car ramming
( i do not understand that language)
ID 38521 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15
