During the latest hostage situation, I was told directly that Vagos got the ID off of an off-duty police officer.
As an officer of the law, when we are off-duty, we do not carry our IDs on us. We are not allowed to show our IDs to anyone while we are off-duty and they somehow forced one of our off-duty officers to show his ID when he didn't even have it on him. This is most definitely powergaming and could possibly be consider metagaming as well since they somehow knew that this off-duty officer was an LEO and would have an ID on him.
