He was rolling around Vagos HQ and seems like he didn't had any IC reason to be there like talk to HC's or leader. I saw the bike he was using was green and looked like families gang vehicle so i went to families HQ to talk to their HC's to ask if he is in Families gang and why is he rolling around in our HQ and they told me he is in families street gang.
