This is complete UB. In what world would an FIB agent pull up to a store robbery undercover. There is no excuse for this as DOC has a changing room and DOC isn't too far away. The SR 6.10 is when the other FIB agent pulled out his PDA to find out "Ajani Gaye's" family. Even if he did connect his PDA i have asked xavier about family/org members being on PDA and he has said it's still OOC and you cannot use it for evidence.
