Always those dudes who have nothing else to do but provoking LEOs...
So tell me; what would have been the correct choice in this situation? Using a tazer for provoking would be unneccessary force. I dont see any Powergaming from him, but rather Fail RP from your side, cause you dont stop the Animation when he cuffs you. OOC a police officer would just turn you around, fixating your arms and cuffs you. He cant do that in RP. The one failing to RP the situation, rejecting to respond to the situation and forcing an RP moment on another person is just you - and only you.
For the moving part: you are not running away, which would be powergaming. You are stationary. How would a Cop OOC not just turn you around in that situation? The officer did everything correctly. You are just mad your provoking didnt lead to someone getting in trouble (for no reason given).
You want to rule against him for powergaming. Definition of Powergaming by Admins in the Rules:
Powergaming (PG) - Powergaming can be defined as performing acts that are not humanlike; forcing roleplay on others without giving them a fair chance; making up things which did not happen so that you can benefit; roleplaying things which are not possible script-wise so that you can gain an unfair advantage. Roleplaying unrealistic things that wouldnt happen in the real world and not allowing others to react to your roleplay
The only one forcing a roleplay on others without giving them a fair chance (he gave you one, you failed to comply multiple times) is you. He also had no benefit of cuffing you while you were "stationary" (moving on a point); tazing you would have been also a possibility, so he didnt need the cuffs to give himself the advantage. Cuffing while running (what is meant by moving) gives you an advantage, this is not the case when you are stationary. The Roleplay was also possible scriptwise, not unrealistic or not humanlike. Where do you see Powergaming comes to hand in this point?
I hope an admin rules against you for the following reasons:
1) You act against the Non-RP-Rule: "Doing things that are considered not sufficient to be considered good standard roleplay depending on the situation at hand. e.g running around a crime scene for no reason,
dancing and screaming in a trollish manner in a serious situation, not roleplaying fear appropriately in situations realistically."
Marked phrase exactly describes what you and the others do in this situation. You dance and troll around while the situation would OOC be pretty serious: a police officer is about to get you in jail for failure to comply. This is highly unrealistic and total Fail-RP
2) As explained above: Fail-RP. "cause you dont stop the Animation when he cuffs you. OOC a police officer would just turn you around, fixating your arms and cuffs you. He cant do that in RP. The one failing to RP the situation, rejecting to respond to the situation and forcing an RP moment on another person is just you - and only you."
3) As explained above: Powergaming. "The only one forcing a roleplay on others without giving them a fair chance (he gave you one, you failed to comply multiple times) is you."
4) As above by someone else mentioned; Mixing
You guys are whats hurting the little RP thats left on the server in every way. Just stop and find another place to troll.
