2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
--> I have been in LI for quite a while now working my way up from a Trainee to Manager with appreciated experience. During my time there I noticed a set of imperfections which I like to change. These changes will alter the whole way of the working system to the way of how the news reach the citizens of this city. I have been much active lately in the city and I wish to put my time for the improvement of the welfare of this organization.
--> I am quite aware of all the rules and policies of this organization and with the correct number of efforts I am pretty sure that I can lead everyone in a proper and quality way.
--> I would make changes to the whole ranking system and choose people wisely and reward people efficiently. I will make sure everyone has their own part to play and they will be rewarded as per it. Also, I will be reconstructing all the department within.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
--> I will make sure everyone has their own part to play and they will do it not because of they want to as a responsibility, but because they are eager to do it. I will be creating way to make it happen by creating more events for employees to interact with each other; Doing group works to make a particular task simple. I will make sure everyone helps everyone cooperatively because when we combine many people's idea, we get a quality result.
--> Most of the people focus on making it on to the top 3, Every time it has been a race between employees where they forget to check the quality of the ads. I will make sure each department has its own Head who takes care of certain issues and promotes the welfare of the organization.
--> I will be reconstructing all the departments,
There will be 4 departments,
- Advertisement Department
- Recruitment Aiding and Training Department
- Creative Team
- News Department
Each department will have their own set of tasks a week and funds to every department will be taken care as per the demand of Head of the particular department.
Every employee can choose up to 3 department and work as per the given tasks.
The Ads Department will focus on the advertisement in clearing the board.
The RATD will focus on recruiting and training new recruits as well as taking tests and to maintain orderly within the department.
The Creative Team will focus on managing events and especially talent shows.
The News Department takes care of the daily article and providing information to the public about various situations in the city.
--> I will make sure the HQ is always present with an employee to help the citizens because i have seen it many times that the HQ is empty and people calls for any employees and return with astonishment. It is the satisfaction of the customers we need.
--> Bonus system will be altered to reward the people as per their work.
--> Employees will be strictly advised to follow strict RP and the rules of the state to avoid unwanted distortion. Talent shows will also be organized in an orderly manner.
--> Every change made will be updated to everyone and will be made sure everyone understood it.
