I am not trying to spam but as you know Legal Organizations have been punished in the past for not going to store robberies. So I still don't understand why NG didn't get punished as they weren't on a freeze at the time. Also, the reason why I put Event Rule 1.5 is that don't we still gotta talk about how did they know if we had hostages or not we could have even though we didn't. Like at the end of the day if no one comes to talk with us there is no RP in that and it just isn't fun. Also, SAHP wasn't frozen at the time so I don't know why they didn't come either. Also, I am not trying to spam I am just trying to have the organizations be punished for not coming and not engaging in any rp at all.

Furthermore, I know they got to fear for their lives but pretty sure they still got to talk with us to make sure we don't have any hostages. But also, we aren't allowed to give any demands until they set up with barricides and talk with us which didn't happen at all.​

I will ask state organisations to be more active but I agree with Xaviers decision as look at the time when store robbery was done.
