Dear Grand Team,
On the 2nd of January 2023 I was banned from your server for the rule violation: General 1.1.
However, I can't explain why I was banned for this reason, as I have neither shared my account nor sold it to anyone.
What could be a reason would be because I am not often at home anymore due to an apprenticeship. When I'm not at home, I take my laptop with me and then also logged into Grand on that device with my account information. Since I usually play on my PC on Grand, this could be a reason why possibly a message comes that someone else has logged into the account.
So I hope from you understanding towards me and also I hope that I do not get a wipe because I put a lot of work and time into it and it could be a mistake from my point of view.
