Nobody was killed, robbed, or kidnapped, he was arrested in the hospital for wearing balaclava. If he spawned at the hospital the way it appears that he does, it becomes PRETTY CLEAR that this guy had just gotten killed. All of the things you said regarding Event Rule 1.2 include CRIMINAL RP or CRIMINAL ACTS against other players which arresting someone with an IC reason is not a criminal act.

This does not change the fact that your comment does not include the fact that the person you are in here bitching about was provoking, metagaming, and mixing. Not to mention we know for a FACT he was metagaming otherwise whoever had killed him would've had no knowledge of where he was in the first place and yet they killed him and shot at me within a green zone. If I get a warn its no problem for me to remove it at all. What he should've done as he clearly said, was to continue arresting him. Espcecially when you say something like "oh yeah go ahead bro arrest me" I fail to see how any rule would impact that now especially since you are now telling me to CONTINUE with the IC situation.
