2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1st Reason
I have worked in LSPD for over 6 months in my another Dimension and all the terms here from the inauguration of this City. I feel Law and order hasn't been practised properly, and that city isn't safe for the public. I feel under my command LSPD can function properly with all the available resources. LSPD is one of the most important organization to make Los Santos City peaceful. As a cop I will work with even the lowest Rank and make sure all the protocols are followed properly.
2nd Reason
I have been the commander of SWAT division in LSPD. And in IA as a senior and Captain of FTO in the previous few terms. I feel I have experience in all departments. As Im responsible for the whole Organization, I believe I must be equipped with complete knowledge on how organization works. So that I can takle any problem easily. I have done a lot of arrest and I have lead multiple kinds of operation. I will be able to share my knowledge and coordinate my team into the right direction and making them the finest
What I will follow to make the Team better?
I will focus more on the FTO and IA. As their part is the most Vital. I will make sure they Do proper training and I personally will test the ability and Agility of every officers before they leave the PD for patrols. I will make a open system where other Organization members also stand a chance to be a part of LSPD as long as have knowledge.
2. I will bring a new scheme of Training were SWAT and detectives must have a good aim and sharp reflex as they encounter with dangerous situations. I will personally test them by taking them to shooting range and test their skills.
3. I will Take STRICT ACTION on those who think of destroying the org by breaking Rules. I will speak with DoJ and (if permitted) the Officer who have intension to destroy Org will be Arrested and face charges including Heavy fines. This will put fear in those faces who tries to break down.
4. I will make use of all the resource like Cars, bike and insurgents and make a complete RP situation. This will be made only during necessary times like events and I will give even the Low ranks to drive Insurgent, Raid Truck, Chopper, etc. under HC supervison to get experience during respective Events.
4. I will listen to everyone's point of View and while taking major decisions I will respect everyone's Ideas.
5. I feel LSPD has a broken friendship towards other Orgs. I will ensure all the other Orgs are given equal respect and no LSPD officer shall disrespect other LEOs.
6. Warcry:
This, I inspired from SAHP leaders as very often if we loose or win. I will expect officer to shout the War cry "LSPD on Top!!!". So that they are loyal to their org.

What I feel are the Demerits if I lead the Org:
1. Im a cold Person. I cant take corruption or any kinds of unprofessionalism.I will take sever action on such people and I will never show sympathy on them.
2. LSPD maybe a organization, but I see it like a family. I will be kind to those who follow rules. And Im sorry I will support them.
Suggestions To Improve the RP.
I will suggest the interaction is less with the public and the cops. I will suggest a proper roleplay situations from treating a HC till making a convoy. There must be a code of respect among all.
