Hello, Lebron or who ever is reviewing this. I believe that Poke Chan made a wrong decision. The reason why is poke said this "Regarding the PG, We cannot confirm who placed ID 78301 in cuff, and ID 40851 will not be punished for it since he just uncuffed the person." Poke only requested pov from 78301 and not the person who uncuffed to prove if it was possibility a glitch on just my eyes which is one reason why I think this was a wrong decision. Also, still even if he uncuffed him it still isn't something that could happen IRL which would prove that it was PG. Futhermore why didn't he request pov from FIB side and he just said "Requesting POV from ID 78301 or anyone who was around while the hostage was taken to confirm who cuffed." FIB was the only organazation up at the time so why didn't he request ID 40851 pov as it could have show on left eye who had cuffed him and also show if he was the one who could have been dragging him by the arm. Also when id 78301 was uncuffed at 18:00 he aimed his gun right after which can prove that it wasn't a visual glitch. Another reason is why Poke said this "Regarding Fear-RP(Not valuing hostage life), The Hostage was already secured, and there was no threat to the hostage. Therefore all Leos had the right to shoot." The Hostage was right next to the car that we were leaving in so how is the hostage is safe is it was right next to us and they were shooting and they could have shot him. In All, I believe this is a wrong decision and should be looked over again. Have a great day and not trying to spam reports.
