Rejected based on thread 295619

hello,
I joined the city today to see that i am banned and got a waning i saw a thread about me (295619)
i am in the vagos i got killed and i closed the computer out of frustration i came back later to see that there was a ballas member standing next to me then my game disconnected due to bad internet i tried to reconnect when i reconnect i almost disconnected instantly i did not see anything around me.
later i connected and everything went back to normal.
i also saw the thread and the guy thought i disconnected because he was robbing me in reality i had bad internet. even tho i disconected because he was going to rob me he was alone there was no one with him....
i hope someone sees it fast so my warining can go away.
