foreign language? my guy i spoke english and your friend told me ``no English´´ and about the ic, i was ooc speaking with a couple of friends

GR 1.5 - If you are standing on your HQ, it is forbidden to shoot from your own territory

GR 1.10 - Gang Members on their HQ can kill everybody in case if you do not agree with their demands.

No demands were given.

The only reason I killed someone in HQ that wasn't invited is because Alex Odd said this is allowed and I literally have proof of it.

Reviewed - Warn for Rdm | Georgia Pluxary

Basically I got warned for Ghetto rule 1.3 which is being in hq with no ic reason. However I had a ic reason which was that i wanted to be recruited. Unfortunately since ballas is a gang which is relatively inactive there was no high command that seemed to be there hence i waited for a couple...

To be fair GR 1.10 does mention you have to give demands so technically it’s RDM according to the rules.
If Alex is saying you can just RDM whoever you like in the hq then he is kinda going against his own rules😂

But then again you aren’t gonna change Alex’s mind cause whatever he says goes 😂
