2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation):
a) i want to become leader of LSPD because ive been deputy in a lot of orgs and i see a lot of leaders fails leading an organization and i plan to change that i plan to have the most successful term and org i possibly can i plan to give people the most fun and active term lspd its 1 of the most popular organizations and i want it to be the best and i feel i can make it that if i had a chance to be leader i already planned most of it out i have big plans if i get leadership
b) Secondly, i will make a very stable and fun environment for everyone that wants to be a part of the LSPD as well as i will try my best to make sure everyone enjoys there time at LSPD as well as rewarding the people being active and working hard in my opinion people who work hard deserve rewards as well as im very passionate and dedicated to whatever i want to do as if i get leader i will have 1 of the best terms the city has had.
c) lastly, everyone will be welcome if they meet the requirements and know the city rules because i will take the rules very serious i will make sure everyone in the org knows all the city rules or they will not be able to join if they do not i see a lot of leaders still inv people and just say learn the rules i will not i will make sure they already know them before joining, also i will not have any toxicity in the org if i get leader it will be a good environment and fun everyone in the org i want everyone to have fun and enjoy being apart of the LSPD.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in the organization
My advices to improve role-play would be to make sure everyone knows the rules for starters and to make sure they follow them secondly i wont be the chief that sits back lets the others do all the work i will be active just like the rest of the people in the org as well as well as giving out bonuses to the people who are active doing stuff store robberies ,hostage situations etc to improve roleplay u need to lead by example so if im roleplay correctly then the others will see and do the same and will overall be an amazing term for everyone who is apart of the org and for anyone else who joins or wishes to be apart of the LSPD.
