So Sam denied my complaint for "it should be punishment for the person who cuffed him in the first place but i don't see in your pov who cuffed him so admin made correct decision" but if they cuffed or uncuffed at the end of the day isn't it something that isn't human like at all. They could have done some rp to put away his gun. I know I am not an admin but pretty sure it is still unhuman like at all. Nope anyone could have cuffed him lspd, sahp, fib, even the gangster could have abused it by not allowing them to cuff by equipping a weapon, but we do not punish without proof based on assumptions
you just say that "I am not trying to spam. Have a great day" but that's literally what you are doing.
maybe the gangster abused it we should punish him without any proof if i think like you correct?
