2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I wanna be leader of NG because I have a lot of experience of this org. I have also been a lieutinant general in national guard and have seen the mistakes of other generals which i will not do. I have also been in 4 terms of NG.
I wanna be Leader of NG because people think its a boring org and i wanna change their perspective. I wanna let them know that NG is the best org because if their is no NG, how would other legal orgs have weapons and vests.
I will make sure that there are more numbers and i will appoint two lieutinant generals, one who will lead in morning in my absence and one who leads in night if general is not there. I will make sure
3. Your advice for improving Role play level in organization:
In my leadership there will be no favouritism and everyone will get rank up or rank down on the capability of doing work. If any HC try to shows favouritism he will be directly fired.
The most important thing of NG is ammorun and i will try to host them properly with full security and full concentration. In my absence it will be leaded by my Lieutinant General
I will host promotion ceremony every week in which people will get promotion according to their logs and work which will be checked bt Military Police (IA)
I will try to give bonuses for every work to make people encouraged. The bonus will be handled by lieutinant generals and colonels
There will be no corruption and this will me monitored my military Police.
Every major will have to pass through a test to recieve his rank because its the work of responsibility.
Departments
Combat Medic : Combat medic works to save, and help the officers. they are the backbone of NG
Military Police - They are like Internal affairs of other orgs. They will check logs, see corruption and give strikes
Seal team - They will be the first to reach globals,or hostage situation. they are very skilled
Air force - They will help NG for tracking down criminals and support the land army
