This isn't so much a report on Hov Cartier. I just want some clarification here. This is completely FailRP. Nobody would jump off a highway like that on purpose. There is no way the car would still be working after a jump like that. If we allow people to jump off highways like this, can we jump off cliffs now too then? I understand there are accidents sometimes, but this was 100% on purpose.

I asked another admin, and they said it would be considered UB so I would just like to know whether this is truly UB or not.
