2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be Leader of this organization because i have been in this organization for 9 months now( 7 months in EN1 & 2 months in EN3). And i have been playing on this project GRP for more than 1 year now and in this time being i know the organization through and trough. I have been in both legal and illegal organizations. In the time of 1 year i have gained the knowledge, experience and skills which are necessary to manage an organization and to be a leader. I have always been loyal to the organization, and i have climbed through ranks, and make important decisions on the way. Secondly, I already have experience of NG General | EN3. so i already know what are the responsibilities and work of an faction leader.
- Our main job is to keep the gates covered, do ammorun for the organizations, attend global, attend store and events. In my term i will make sure that we do every single task of ours Properly and greats without any mistake. We will do combact training everyday so that every soldier get his/her skill improved and i will personally supervise this training if i am not there then my HC will do that
- I Served for SAHP, LSPD, FIB, GOV, and Gangs. I worked in these organizations for a short period of time as i truly devoted my life o serve as a National Guard soldier. I wroked under 9 General Of national Guard ( 7 Generals of EN1 and 2 Generals of EN3) and believe me every term was a great term. I will try to get the feeling of loyalty and dedication to every soldier towards the organization if i got a term.
- I saw that in time the quality of HC is decreasing and i really dont like this. So, In my term nly the person who deserves HC will get HC only NO FAVOURITISM will be there in my term!!!. I will personnaly test every single HC and nd will see f he got skills, knowbledge and nd leadership skills f being a HC.
- In my term i will recruit Soldiers from different timezone so that we can attend every Store, global and events in High numbers. I will focus on quality over quantity. NG will be the most friendliest organization of all. I will make sure that every HC is polite and Cool towards every soldier( Specially High Command) and other organizations
(IN MY PREVIOUS TERM I LEFT THIS POSITION BECAUSE I GOT IRL EMERGENCY { SOMEONE IN MY FAMILY PASSED AWAY} NOW ITS ALL GOOD I WANNA COMPLETE A FULL BEST TERM EVER)
PLANS REGARDING DEPARTMENTS:-
* SPECIAL FORCES (SASD AND CRMs)
No major changes in special forces both of them are on their Max potential. still 1 change for both SASD and CRM
- SASD will do patrol around FZ!
- CRMs will make sure that every soldier is free of any disease!
*AIRFORCE
- Doing Scouts in every 15 minutes
- Providing air support in every ammorun.
*RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION
- Hire active and loyal soldiers in the organization
- Focus on Quality over Quantity
* MILITARY POLICE
No major changes in MP as they are on their Max Potential
- They will Focus on making arrest warrant on soldiers who are away without a leave(AWOL)
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will add more OOC questions in National Guard Joining Application to avoid mistakes which lead to Organization Warns.
- I will not allow any Organization Hopper to Join as they destroy Pure RP!
- NG will do patrolling with other Organizations so that e state f los santos safe and look more active.
- I will make interview a bit difficult so that we get quality soldiers.
