1. Leader of... The Federal Investigation Bereau ( FIB )
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A) During my time as High Command and Deputy in FIB I was able to gain a greater understanding of All of our Functions within the City, I also caught on too the challenges the org faces day to day, and also a deeper Understanding on the right Citizens too choose as My future hard working Agents.
It is my goal to make FIB feel more like family where people are happy too work under me and look up to me as a role model director, to also reward People for their hardwork and make the org corruption free and Disciplined
B) Other Directors have made FIB look great and i want to carry it on, due to my experience in other orgs under various people i feel like i can make the next move and be the Director and allow this org to stay how it has been left from Max and Nick, In this environment im going too create im going to try bring as many People as i can to have us in an ORG doing well and staying active
C) Limit Favoritism One of the issues that was brought up to me many times while I was DEPUTY was, ooo they are giving their friends ranks not me etc etc, and i know being a leader and deputy we will always be criticised for giving friends ranks because we all want friends too succeed but i have a work around i will make sure everyone has a say and gets the right too speak out wether or not they are HC or The lowest rank in my org
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
3a) My advice for better roleplay is to have my officers out patrolling all day long instead of sitting around the hq, Waiting for events to happen and/or global to be dropped. I will even Try implementing some agents too back Sahp Up at the new Border System on the edge of the city leading too highway
3b) I'm going to maintain The high level of communication between FIB and other orgs to make sure that we are aware of everything prepared for upcoming events, globals or special missions
3c) I will keep a strong and Mutual relationship with all current leaders too avoid any conflict in and outside my org because i think the best way too keep your ORG STEADY is too have 0 conflict amongst other orgs too the point where they come for you and try catch you out on everything and strip you from position
