Cima Ganabi was born in 1985 in Washington D.C. USA. His father was a Sergeant and his mother was a housewife. His childhood was tough, because his father died in a war and he was left alone with his mother and his brother.
Military career:
When Cima was 18 he decided to enlist in the navy and he served in Afghanistan and Gulf wars. He earned a lot of medals. And decided to get an honorable discharge.
Law and crime:
While Cima was discharged from military his brother had built a criminal empire and encouraged Cima to become a high ranking member. Cima accepted because for him brotherhood was everything. So Cima decided to go into LSPD as an undercover to help his fellow criminals by sealing weapons and taking bribes to help build criminal influence in Los Santos.
His main goal in LSPD is to prevent government from capturing his fellow crime members. That means letting prisoners go with bribes, stealing from warehouse so LSPD does not have enough recourses to fight crime and assist criminals in spreading influence in LSPD, FIB, NG and even Government.
1)Cima will take bribes from criminals in exchange of freedom and protection. When Revaz is taking prisoners to DOC he will free them in exchange of money.
2) Cima will steal from warehouse to supply his family and also to sell weapons etc.
3) Cima will search citizen for no reason, because of his paranoia
4) Cima is good at off-roading and he will stop at nothing to get to his target location
5) Cima will torture prisoners if they wont obey
6) Cima is willing to become a hostage for money max 100k
7. Cima Can wear clothes fast on-duty
8). Cima can take on a 1v2 due to his experience in undercover training in the FIB.
9). Cima can use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty.
10. Cima keeps a hidden radio on him 24/7 due to him being a FIB Agent.
11. Cima can confiscate items from others for personal reasons (not from vehicles and only with RP reasons).
