There is the extended POV and if you watch the part where I died It looks like you killed me and never the less you still shot at me while I was inside HQ.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report
Gangster Disciples will receive a punishment for Provoking
Camping/ Provoking outside Bloods HQ
In ID: 69986's POV he is seen being shot inside the HQ without every leaving HQ
In ID: 93458's POV he is seen leaving HQ then being shot then running back inside HQ
No punishment will be issued due to Dsync.
