This is now the second complaint against this admin in a matter of like 2 weeks.

This person was killed during the event Leftover Components . This is a spot that pops up and if other people are around my family is unable to loot. It's unfortunate this person based on his POV is not in a family but if he was he would see this was the location and that was my reasoning for killing him.


Rule 1.7 states "All participants of all events under all spheres must record POV and hold it within 48 hours | 30 days ban" this is not a circle event so i did not feel the need to record POV as I wanted to make sure I would not run out of room on my PC for the actual spheres events such as biz, hotel and informal.

I am asking to please have my warning removed and me be removed from prison.

Hi. First of all if this is LOC and you can provide proof of that (as this is not clear at all in the reports POV and looks like you simply RDM'd Him for no reason at the service station). If this is the case I will happily review the evidence you provide and if legitimate I shall remove your warning. nevertheless you are still required to keep POV of all events/interactions in relation to events for 48 hours.

As you said in your message above "this is not a circle event so i did not feel the need to record POV as I wanted to make sure I would not run out of room on my PC for the actual spheres events such as biz, hotel and informal" Then you likely do not have POV and I shall let the senior administrators who see this deal with that as they see fit.

Should you be able to provide Own POV justifying this was infact LOC and part of the event then your warning shall be removed im sure. Should you not be able to provide POV as you said you likely dont have it and it was in fact a LOC even then i will leave that up to my seniors to decide how and what to do with that information. You can clearly see in the pov that quis war reported with that there is a parachute for the leftover components event. If you look at the time you can see it’s the time for the event. Its kos for this event so him killing everyone their is not his fault because if he didn’t he wouldn’t be able to loot the parachutes. But also how is quis suppose to know that they weren’t there for the event? Please rewatch the clips

I do not have POV because the rules state does not state ALL events. It states "all events under all spheres..." which leftovers does not fall in that category since there is no circle highlighting its area. On top of that, this is an hour long.

While I can level with you in your decision to some degree but this is not RDM and I should not be punished for participating in an event. You can even notice the time in game in the POV used against me is 21:11 which is during the event Leftover components .

I'd also like to add if leftovers a POV required event it should be added to the rules so there is no longer any confusion about this as the rules do not make it clear this event we are required to POV as well.

Maybe this is something Mazhor can look into adding.
