Since I took the report and bann before even explaining the situation, I came here to make this report dedicated to that.


I would really like you to start banning all the people who go to every race that happens within the server. Since they all car ramming, they must all be punished as I was. First there is sync, in which in my vision/game I didn't touch his car at any "serious" moment of the race, as well as the same happens to other people, being a synchronization problem and it can't be solved.

What we can see in the clip is really funny. Since the one who gives "car ramming" is the individual who reported it to me, and it clearly offends me in English, without me even saying any kind of word the entire time.

You've just seen the clip that shows the complete opposite of the situation. So he was the one who gave me car ramming and offended me (which is perfectly visible in the video), but you still think I was the one who car-ramming, especially in a RACE. Simply meaningless.In fact my friend killed the subject. But I clearly think both reports were meaningless. In the clip, he shows me developing the rp like him, we offend us several times, since he started it. My friend also knew it was that person, saw that he was treating me badly, and acted. It totally made sense to both characters, and even if outside of that it was deserved.


Another point I would like to know personally is, where is the rule that says that point exactly is greenzone. In fact, I don't know about that rule, but I demand that they show it, so at least I know.

I behaved totally well, I didn't offend anyone before they offended me (everything is proven in the clip that the individual has) I just ran like the others, some complaining about car ramming, others not because they already know how it works . If we go for this aspect, anyone gives a little touch to a race, will have to be banned and most likely in their view, even the car didn't hurt the other




Quickly through the accent and language I was able to understand who the individual was, within the game of course. We had business to take care of, as it was he and his friends who constantly car-ramming my other friend, who managed to escape by car. This individual later managed to steal his car INSIDE A GREENZONE, as this is not the first time such a problem has occurred on the server. A person with a valuable car may be uninsured for some reason, as it is only necessary to leave the car inside a greenzone, and so "supposedly" would be safe. But no, it happens several times, to various people somehow from OTHER WORLD, someone manages to get the car out of there without even getting in it, a little strange don't you think? Obviously my friend doesn't have a clip of this situation because he was calm knowing that the car is protected, making it impossible to have or get some kind of clip of the event. This is not the first time this has happened, you will be able to see the logs just like the first time.


I continue and I refer again, I was reported and punished for car ramming and my friend for GR 6.15, and the clip of the person who made the report shows the opposite completely. In the clip, who just did car ramming at the very end was the individual, who didn't even give a second and was already offending me if I had done anything. Obviously I defended myself and quickly set up an RP there, in which my friend didn't like the situation and decided to act. This could even have happened in another way, as the individual appears to be from another type of gang, and even so we killed being stealing, being outside the ghetto.


I hope you have enlightened me, and perhaps given the situation that occurred to you to understand. No further proof is needed, it's all in the clip of the person who made the clip, simply counted correctly.

As I said, there is a lot of d sync in the game that you can clearly see I continued to do my normal race and he was the only one who got off the road. As I said, if it's for car ramming, you guys should ban 90% of the people who go to the races cause people do that, without or with purpose. When you do car ramming, you also complicate your race because you could very well be harmed.

Somehow you guys have to imply that there is a greenzone there, just like there is at the hospital, autofair and beach market, for example. No information about saying there is a greenzone there or not.
I'm not here to insult anyone, until the only time I did it was to defend myself, once again shown in the clip.

He insulted me since the beginning, and obviously i defended myself. The only one who car-rammed a "greenzone" was him, clearly seen in the clip.

First of all, I wanted to clarify that this is not the first time that the citizen 38378 has broken the rules making CR in Street Races, so I told him at the end of the race if he had no brakes. I always do clean races, I use the brakes a lot so as not to harm others, everyone who goes to street races knows me and knows it.

Secondly, this citizen's friend 38521 broke two rules and was lucky that only one punishment was given to GR 6.15, as he also broke another rule with ooc insults (parents insults), which in this case was insulting my mother in my native language which is Portuguese. I know that there are admins who speak my native language and if there is a possibility I would like to make a review of the topic to make sure that this citizen has broken the rules insulting my mother so that the proper punishment is applied.

In third and last place this citizen is accusing me of something I never did which was stealing cars. It's unfair to be accused of something I never did or cooperated in getting a car out of a green zone. This citizen must be confusing me with another one, and by the way, I ask the Admins if there is a possibility to see if I ever had the skill to steal cars, or if I cooperated with the same. So this citizen is enlightened. It's an unfair accusation and the thing I won't admit is accusing me of something I've never done.

The Admin Larry Mcgavin did an excellent job according to the rules of the city, as everyone does with all the dedication and understanding. And I take this opportunity once again to ask the admin Admin Larry Mcgavin to ask for help to other Admins knows portuguese to review the situation of the OOC insults, so that the punishment of insulting parents to the citizen 38521 is attributed.

I wanted to add on what this citizen said about me in the matter of stealing cars, is imputing to another person, even in the form of suspicion, a fact, or making a judgment about him, offensive to his honor or consideration. In IRL it's a punishable crime.

This citizen's act of defamation is damaging my image and reputation to other citizens of the city without any proof.
