2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First of all I would like to say that I have served EMS under very good chief. Starting my journey as a in en1 Medical Student and end head of division I believe I have those leadership qualities which is required to lead an organization like EMS and help the organization reach new heights and maintain its status. I want to become the leader of EMS because I want EMS to perform its best smoothly without any issues or hurdles.
Goals if becoming the leader:
1.Timely Bonus Pay-outs: When employees receive their hard-earned bonuses on time, it keeps them motivated to work harder and longer. I would like to ensure that all bonuses earned are paid out within 24 hours.
2. Open recruitment by targeting time zone: I will do one open recruitment by targeting time zone so that we can avoid the lack of employee problems by day shift and night shift and at the same time the application form will be open till we can recruit relevant people.
3. Friendly Work Environment: I will make sure that every employee gets the deserving award for his or her hard work put into the organization, being their bonuses or their promotions, I will always try to make sure that everyone working for the organization is happy because if employees are happy EMS will on top always.
4. Non-Toxic Work Environment: Employees who misbehave with other employees would not be tolerated. Healthcare is a very time-essential job and I would ensure that anyone who is creating a mess in the work environment for others is immediately dealt with.
5. HC meeting once a week: I have noticed that there are always differences of opinion within the High Command and that is a big problem. I will try to hold an official meeting with the High Command once a week so that we can discuss and resolve any differences, and work hand in hand to move the organization forward.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Normally I saw many times Ems Doesn't Attend Any Global, but For Better Rp, We will provide Adrenaline Shots or we will do full Health Checkups Of Leo's Who are attending The Global. So they Can Protect the State in a Better Way!
2. Better Relation With Every Org - I am IN ems en1 For the Last 2 months And I know Every Single Org Leader and Deputy So I can guarantee that All ORG RELATION With EMS Will BE ON Top!
3. We are go Every week health checkup of gov/ng/sahp/lspd/fib
And we global event also aircraft event and sub events.
