He collects my debt with no RP between the 2 citys i have lost millions to fail rp debt collecting and is deffo the most abused rule break rn i think it needs a rethink on how to make so cant just steal ur money with no rp what so ever or removing completley as this fail rp debt collecting is ruining the experience for many in the city
