We waited out his 5 minutes. He switched from wanting public/private lawyer.



We attempted to contact government on the way to DoC.

If the detainee wishes representation by a private attorney, they shall without hesitation inform the detaining officer of the private attorneys cellphone number. <--- Per Detention and Legislation act.

He refused to give the number in here, as you can see. So we had no means to verify whether or not an actual attorney was making any attempt to visit DoC.

So we proceeded forward with the processing. Cheers.

Officer stated he attempted to contact DOJ but only shows a frame of it on his pov.. no pov is show if DOJ answered department or not.

Both officers have not shown any valid evidence of communication with DOJ for 10-15. Only 1/3 attempt can be seen.

Officers shows resilience to aid 10-15 with a lawyer private/ state. OOC reaction can be assumed.
