He started shooting wrongly that was a fault but it is not mass rule break i think.he s new in lspd and he allready said that he thought he heard a order as shot them..

Mate...If one guy from LSPD or any other state org shoots and break rule then it should be ID|Rule Break...If u consider only guys as whole LSPD then i cant say anything....further the admins will review
