Approved Fear RP + Fail RP + Powergaming | ID: 171 and ID: 19152

ID 171 is FIB worker but he was off duty and he was provoking + failed to comply with me. After that, I arrested him and go to do DOC.

When I was in DOC ID : 19152 ( FIB worker ) come there and while I am dragging ID: 171 he(ID 19152) just take off his handcuffs. After that, both of them ran away.
