Greetings Mazhor,
First of all, thank you for your time and I hope you are doing well.
I’m writing this to appeal my warning i got for supposedly being “Corrupt Without a Bio” by James.
Here was the situation. I was with a Private Attorney who was in my family. He was called by his client to DOC where his client was being wrongly fined and arrested, and was denied to private legal representation. As it was an LSPD officer at the time, i had to come with him. We then proceeded with the RP situation but James pointed out an individual who was not supposed to be there wearing a balaclava. I do admit that I should’ve taken immediate action on that person, by first requesting state issued identification or detaining him for various reasons, which was my mistake and i do deeply regret it, and i do greatly promise this will not happen again,
but in the situation i was all concentrated on my Private Attorney situation as if I didn’t deal with it correctly, the Private Attorney would submit a case-file to FIB, which would get us into trouble, and hence did not pay much attention and also to point out the fact there were so many other LEOs from different organisations in there not doing much who could’ve dealt with this, as i was busy.
We then exited DOC after finishing our situation and i was warned because i let people out. POV clearly shows we didn’t let anyone out apart from the same people who came in and the Bailed Suspect which we had to according to the legislation. Furthermore, my org was disbanded as a result of this.
I feel like this situation could’ve been avoided and we should’ve got an organisation warning if he really thought I did something wrong. Now i got double punished for something I didn’t intend on even doing. Just to add on, i never have broke or intended to break any rules during my leadership, and before this warning, my last punishment was more than 2 months ago, I’ve always tried my best to play by the RP rules and Project Rules and always will. I know James is a good-well trusted experienced administrator but i feel this was a unfair decision.
