Life Story:
Growing up in the harsh climates of the Jotunheim Mountains, Billy Booth grew up not knowing of his Father, only that he still lived a secluded life in the mountains. As Billy grew into his mid teens, the stories of his fathers heroics in the Hans Majestet Kongens Garde (HMKG) army in Norway took hold of Billy - and so he began his quest to search for his father. Many months went by and Billy, lived off the land and became somewhat of a mountainous warrior – relying on no one but himself. After 185 days living in harsh and desolate Jotunheim Mountains Billy came across a small stone hut which was recently abandoned. Just a letter on a table – which read – “Billy, I’m always with you”.
With that, the chapter was closed and decided to pursue a different life and gain a degree in ICT and Communications in England – where he moved into teaching. Life became normal. It was all just very normal…and Billy could take no more of this normality. Life lacked excitement. On top of that, his social life was fading as Billy had a stern, yet quiet demeanour. A look that could kill. His life lacked imminent danger. It lacked the thrill! Billy continued having these flashbacks of the hurdles that the Jotunheim mountains had to offer…and with that…Billy finally broke.
Billy decided to move and put to good use his rugged personality, brawn and fortitude to join the San Andreas Highway Patrol.
Career Story:
Billy Booth joined SAHP under Rocky Waters temporary term and started to quickly climb the ranks. Showing his fortitude and dedication out in the field. He gained trust and leadership with fellow officers and very quickly became a man that could be trusted with getting the job done. Joining Internal affairs and FTO ensured that Billy could train officers appropriately and make sure officers are doing what they should be doing. Billy had a breakthrough and was given the task of becoming Chief of S.W.A.T.- and he took the job on with pride. The following term proved to be the pinnacle of his career to date…He was made the undersheriff of SAHP. However, Billy discovered the harsh politics that surround the state orgs and gangs and realised that being nice in this city, would get you nowhere. Corruption oozed out of every orifice in the state – from orgs and gangs alike. Billy grew increasingly angry at how these people continue to get away with treachery and dishonesty. SAHP started to come under pressure by these heartless and deceitful people – and this was now Billy’s home. Feeling threatened and angry, Billy’s mountainous Viking spirit unleashed and he swore an oath to Odin himself, that whatever needed to be done, will be done…no matter the cost. Billy has left his home, searched the wilderness, gained a degree and it all amounted to nothing – for the first time, Billy had a true home in SAHP – surrounded by the first people he truly trusted…and he will do anything to protect it.
Outcomes:
1. Due to Billy Brute strength and IT skills, Billy is able to break bodycams [even if hidden] with the /try command [up to 2 times]
2. Due to Billy’s fits of rage, if a body cam break fails, Billy can then kill that person to prevent being reported.
3. Billy was raised in a relentless and torturing environment, sometimes Billy needs to do something daring and can participate in any criminal activity.
4. Having not grown up with a lot of money, Billy’s lust for money grows stronger and stronger, Billy can take bribes (up to 100k).
5. Billys brawn means that he can detain any persons without any ‘legal’ justification [25 minutes max]
6. Sometimes, things need to be done to protect himself and SAHP, Billy’s home, Billy can release anyone from prison using the darknet [Once an hour]
7. Due to Billy being quite heartless and blunt, anyone that crosses his path may be in the wrong place at the wrong time and so Billy can detain (up to 25 min), torture, interrogate, and/or kill any state employee (incl. lawyers).
8. No one likes to question, never mind look at Billy in the eyes, Billy can take weapons and ammunition from dead criminals, even if illegal, and use them.
9. Due to Billy’s enhanced IT background Billy is able to tap into SAHP radios. Billy can listen in and use the radio while off-duty and use that to his advantage.
10. Due to Billy’s opinion that the government & state is full of corruption, Billy works on his own morality. Billy can break any state law (CCOP, firearm law, Penal Code, procedure for detention and arrest act etc.), whether on- or off-duty.
