I hope you are having a nice day. I was banned from the server 20 days ago for using snow bot. I waited for this event to pass in order to apologize and open a ban appeal. I play the game just to chat with my friends and get to know new people. I had no intention of profiting from such a thing, and I really did not know that it was forbidden. If you look at my forum history, you can see that I have not violated any rules. Nevertheless, I have read the rules of the game thoroughly and I promise I will not repeat anything like this again. I hope you will believe in my sincerity and give me another chance.
