Proof in pov he come to base for his family member and enter DOC while hes "Off-duty"

There is no corruption in your bodycam. At 8:50 he was given permission by an on-duty SAHP officer to enter the DOC.

For corruption, some sort of gain must occur. There is no corruption in your bodycam. He even asked for permission to come in, and an on-duty SAHP officer allowed him to come inside.

Also, he did not cross the white line at the NG base, so he never trespassed. He did not break any IC laws.

First question how does he know his family member is getting arrested? Nice Metagaming and secondly he entered DOC off-duty without valid reasons

It's IC issue, also IC'ly they can come to DOC off duty to get on/off duty, of course if he does any criminal activity-abuse we can call it corruption but what's wrong here?
