2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation) first of all i want to become leader of vagos cuz i have old experience in bunta as rank 12 also i have been high command in legal orgs one of them ( sahp deputy chief)
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
-> I along with the high command team will ensure that all server/ghetto rules are being followed within the organisation
-> I will make sure that only people who are serious about that gang and would be beneficial to work with are recruited, and not just random people who will cause damage to the organisation and its reputation.
-> Do More Role Playing rather than Roleplaying ; Never Break the RP and if there is an Issue it can be dealt with the curators afterwards.
->Communication between Criminal/State orgs to have a healthy and matured RP.
->I will encourage my guys to get a "Personal Bio" Which might benefit the gang directly or indirectly.
->More Roleplay over Gun Play; gangs are always known to break rules and 95% of the cases its people shooting without an IC reason, I would like to encourage more RP to the gang rather than just shooting random people, That might be responsible to the damage of the organisation.
