this admin gave me a punishment of handcuffing a person ndt not process him for 30 min didn't provide any proof of that there is no forum made with a POV of the situation and when i told him that i need proof he muted me and told me to make an admin complaint

and as for I an NG unit it is in the rules that NG units can't process anyone it is FIB/SAHP/LSPD job to process the suspect
