Today I got warn for RDM from this thread Approved - Rdm | 213435
I do accept my fault which I killed that person in city but also I want to point these facts that first of all I think it's already past 48h from the incident (not 100% sure tho) and secondly you can clearly see that ID 154989 baiting for report because he literally standing 1 step away from ghetto (which you can check) and he is been fighting in ghetto with us earlier also it wasn't like I could clearly see he is in city from that distance.
And also I want to point this out that new ghetto border of beach ghetto is too confusing after recent update for example there are areas like graffiti location or turf area that not count as ghetto anymore or areas that ghetto end all of the sudden without any clear sign so can understand in time which definitely help in making such mistakes when you are in heat of fight.


Like I said I know I made an error in this case but also I hope u could remove my warn for this incident if its possible. I explained my case with honesty to you and also you can check my punishment history so you can see I am not a type of player to cause a problem or break rules.

Thread has been made on the day incident happened, it was checked today so 48 hours havent passed because he made the complaint before 48 hours. If he was baiting, you could have reported him easily instead of 3 Ballas people killing him without any warning.
I will leave the decision to higherups.

About 48h I am sure I checked my id on forum since that day and even this morning I checked again before deleting my POV of this incident and I couldn't see this report for some reason until you made your final decision even if the complaint was made on same day I believe there been an error or mistake (maybe in locking the thread for you) that prevented me to see this thread which make it kind of unfair to me since I couldn't provide my own POV of the incident and defend myself. and the reason I am mentioning this is that I had POV of me trying to revive him after I understood my error and also apologized but I think he got MK by someone else before I could revive him.

Secondly like I said I do accept that I made error there is no doubt in that and I am not questioning or complaining about your decision. I just made this thread to explain things from my own perspective hoping higherups maybe understand my situation and lighten my punishment as u can see in picture I attached to this thread he was literally on edge of ghetto which caused me to do such an error because I didn't intentionally trying to break the rules and also the fact that I mentioned about thread been inaccessible.

Additionally after watching the clip again I you can even hear me asking my friend to push his car away so I can revive him.

No matter how much time passed in situation where is clearly seen ur violation and there is no need to be requested POV from your side (which u could delete course 48 hours passed) to confirm something
