Hello,
as per my POV the store robbery event was technically over, we gave Leos demands to leave and they were fighting us. I finished the unconscious Leos to finish the store robbery event. Most of them were unconscious and 2 left who ran away.
Gen Rule 6.13 states It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing).
But the point is I am not helping anyone or avoiding any RP. I am just finishing the event by clearing leos. (The leos were unconscious and there is no one to patch them)
