This evening i was placed into jail with a warning for failing Fear RP. upon asking the admin he replied stating 3 guns were placed on me, commanding me to do stuff however this is incorrect. this was a gunfight as i also had a weapon drawn. As per your own rules i believe Powergaming (PG), 6.6 Forbidden to heal and loot in the gunfight. | Jail 60 min 6.7 If you got killed you cannot go back in a fight for 15 minutes. | WARN. i believe that the other party violated these rules and was not punished.
As this was a gunfight, as bullets were fired on both sides, they broke the rule regarding healing and looting, which then forced me back into RP which forced me to break rule 6.7.
The opposing party also rammed us with 2 vehicles, which is against general rule Car Ramming - Using a vehicle to crash into people or vehicles.
It is also unrealistic RP to heal someone mid gunfight to force them back into the gunfight.
I believe this is unfair punishment since i was backed into a corner? i had to leave the gunfight to avoid a punishment, which ended in me receiving a punishment.
I would also like to note the admin WAS not helpful and would not listen to me and explain exactly why i was placed in jail with a warning.
I trust this will be handled appropriately.
