2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) LSPD is the first legal organziation that i joined and started my journey in legal organization and since that time i saw a lot of leaders some of them were good and others bad and i got my experience from all of them i'm glad to meet them and i saw how the orgazniztions fall and rise through the effect of their leader if the leader not paying enough attention to his org or he spend time in beach market more than he spend in mrpd and that's the main issue lspd faced leaders were not paying enough attention to their possition and that's what i'm gonna fix i will protect the city as much as i can i will provide officers working day and night to make sure the streets of los santos stay clear of criminals .
2) LSPD never had a leader that has good plan with store robberies ,ghetto patrol , hostage situations ... etc and i have this experience since i lead most of the events last term of LSPD and most of them we got it also i will be in touch with other orgz in the city to make sure we protect the city in the right way and i will chose the right people in the right spots not random people or my friends bring them and let them be in high positions and that's the key of the faliure of the org to bring the wrong people in the right places so i'll make sure the people i put in high command deserve it not based on " oh he is my friend come you are cos " i will make sure no faverosim under my watch also LSPD had many corrupted the last terms in my term i will make sure this doesn't happen by creating powerful IA department that work day and night to keep LSPD out of the people who don't deserve it i feel like if the IA are really good department the corruption will be less because they know they will be checked every day by IA department and that's the key of destroying corruption in the org .
3) I will make 5 departments :
1) S.W.AT : S.W.A.T is the heart of LSPD i will make sure that the people i put in swat know how to deal with diffcult situations and follow all the rules i don't want my elite officers breaking the rp by shooting without demands or not doing the rp right so i will make sure that everyone in this department is familiar with the rules also i will make sure they are good shooters not getting random people to swat i made plan to accept people in this department i will interview them my self with the leader of swat and see their skills in fights and in situations as i mentioned above swat is the most important in LSPD as they are the elite officers and they will be leading 3 ghetto patrols in the week also store robberies hostage situation they will take lead and all officers will follow their plans .
2) Internal Affairs : if IA is good then all of LSPD is good because they are the people who work behind the lines to keep LSPD out of corruption i mean if the police is corroupted then what do we leave to the gangs ? so IA will be chosen carefully and i'll make sure my self they fit the job and proof to me their hard work then they will be in IA also i will let COS to do backround check to IA to make sure they are not corrupted as i said above i want clear organisation no corruption ( some people think when they are IA no one will search check on them so they do corruption under my watch that's not gonna happen ) .
3) Parking enforcement : the parking enforcment department will focus on fining cars and illegal parking that's their main mission and i'll make sure they give the right penal codes not somethings random if they do that they recive punishment also i will chose a hod that can take this job and bonus this departments as much as i can to make sure it's not boring .
4) Undercover department : the main job of this department to help fib build case files to raid gangs and families and i'll make sure the people in this department do the rp right by using the right commands not just some random commands and i will chose the people in undercover personally after i do their interview with the hod if they do any little mistake they are getting removed from the department as it can't take any mistakes .
5)Human Resource and Training : this department need to be active 24/7 and helping people since it's the one of the most important department in LSPD i'll give it to someone who proof to me he is capable of it and the hr department will be responsible on ,recruting people ,doing roster ,giving badge number , hosting open recrutiment , ... etc so i need good people in hr to make sure they will perform all of this 100% right and i will make huge bonus for them if they are really good .
The bonus system for all departments will be at the end of the week i will make department checklist each friday and they have 1 week to finish the checklist if they finish it before friday big bonus to them if they didn't department will recive strike and IA will be incharge of this also if i see some officers doing good in department and the others are not even if the department receive strike i will bonus them and for nigh shift officers i will make logs for anyone doing patrol in night shifts so the next day he will receive bonus from me .
i will make promotion ceremony each week and the HR department will provide me a list of people who deserve to be promoted also night shift officers will get promoted personally by me even if they are not in the list .
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1) make sure all the officers are fulling their logs perfectly and using the rp commands right also all the officers familiar with city rules and don't break any of the rules if they break rules strikes and verbals will be given and i ask random officers each day about what is nlr,power gaming ,fear rp ,..etc to make sure they know it if they don't the HR will receive punishment .
2) to establish good connections with other legal organiztions and try to fix any issue ic without the need to bring it to forums or anything else also i will make sure SWAT train with [S.A.U/SPEC OPC/S.W.A.T( sahp )] and make good plans to win the subs and store robberies .
3) if an officer not active for 2 days IA will do activity check if he is not there and he didn't apply LOA he is getting fired .
4) have officers in all timezones to attened events in good numbers .
5) No faveroism at all you deserve this rank you will have it .
