Upon Reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report
I don't see Fail RP here, the officer does not have to announce that's he is cuffing you in this situation, its clear he is arresting you because you punched another officer and that is a crime.
ID 82889 will receive a punishment for Non-RP
ID 66920 will also receive a punishment for Mixing
ID 82889 when searching someone please say that you will be searching them and why.
ID 66920 saying you did a miss-click is considered as MIXING
