I would like to state on behalf of the accused POV; it is said so fast, and from so far away.

His F12 distance must not have been set right or I would have heard it. Also, his "5 seconds" is less than 3 per the timestamps on the video, but still does not help the fact he has range set too low, and I could only hear "3, 2 1".

I rest my case as it is clear in my POV and his, his range was not set correctly.
