THREE REASONS WITH EXPLANATION
1. I want to be the leader of this organization to show my skills, experience and what i have learnt from all the time spent in gangs and to prove the people who had honored me as high command and 1x deputy in their gang, knowing all the ghetto and general rules to prove my leadership in the term i will not stay back and to stop the loop of the same old people being leader this time i will put myself in the interviews.

3. When I'm the leader of Families I will always have my gang members online at the peak and selecting good turfers who can easily clap other gang members and make all the legal organization and Leo's fear our gang.

MY ADVICE IN IMPROVING ROLEPLAY IN ORGANIZATION
I will make requirements to join my gang Age 10, The person must know all basic ghetto and general rules I will do a 1 Global and Local event in every 4 days if someone is not active for more than 2 days without informing me in emails they will get a warning and if repeated then a direct kick/blacklist, any rulebreak will lead to demote and blacklist if it is a big one as it affects the respect of gang.

MY GOALS
1. Having peak members online .
2. Getting a news in Life Invader as Families taking over the city.
3. Creating a great Spraying and Turfer team.
4. Keeping the rate of losing a event below %15.
