GEN RULE: 6.13 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation (Mercy killing). | Demorgan 120 min or WARN.

As per this rule I should get demorgan for 120min or warning but I got 180 min jail time demorgan and warning too by HEMANTH PLUXURY as you can see in proof so please fix this.
