We take two LEOs as hostage one is from FIB and other from Government. We take them to store and when they both are gun pointed by gang members and their hand were on back of their neck. FIB guy do power gaming by putting me in cuffs when his hand were on his head and I have gun in my hand.
Video time when he cuffed me 01:45 and server time 10:14.

It is not Power Gaming. The person did cuff, but immediately uncuffed which can be considered as a mistake.​
